This 6-class program (Aug 29-Nov 16) is offered through South Puget Sound Community College alongside Oly~Cultures founder, Julie Kamin-Martin. I’ll be teaching the first class in the series, Fundamentals of Fermentation: The history, science and health benefits of fermentation. This class provides a framework for the rest of the series, giving students the confidence and context to get creative in their fermentation practice, optimize health benefits, and troubleshoot as necessary. Your questions are encouraged! Classes can be taken individually, but this class is highly recommend as a foundation for the rest of the series. Pre-registration required.
