Policies

These policies stem from a desire to be fair to and better serve all clients. Thanks for understanding that I am unable to make exceptions.

NEW CLIENTS
For in-home appointments, I will contact you by phone prior to your first appointment. If we are unable to connect by voice your appointment may be cancelled.

PAYMENT
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted. Checks returned for insufficient funds or stopped payment are subject to a $35 fee.

CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please use the link in your confirmation email or contact me.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid a charge for missed or cancelled appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, the length of your session will be shortened accordingly. The fee for your appointment will not be reduced.

INSURANCE
I accept PIP insurance. A valid prescription from your medical care provider is required and must be presented at your first appointment. If a valid prescription is not provided you will be responsible for the full fee at time of service.

I make every effort to confirm that your PIP claim has not been exhausted. In the event that your PIP claim has been exhausted and will not cover the cost of services, you are responsible for the unpaid balance.

I am not a network provider with any health insurance companies. If your plan has a HSA or FSA benefit you may be able to use these for massage. Please contact your insurance provider or contact me for details.

Insurance does not cover missed appointments or late cancellations. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours you will be responsible for the full rate of your scheduled appointment.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes but is not limited to anyone who requests treatment or services that are outside of my scope of practice or who arrives for treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Full session fee will be charged, whether or not services were rendered.
