Classes

Classes have been paused for 2019 while I pursue other projects. It has been my great pleasure to serve my community through education. Stay tuned for what’s next!

I love teaching people to support their health through nutrition, lifestyle, and traditional herbs. Classes are offered at locations around the Northwest. Here’s what people are saying.
